Sausage Boss

Even though I was born and raised in the Midwest, I consider myself a real New Yorker after 20 years of living and working here. So, imagine how honored I was when Madison Square Garden asked me and my partner Luke Ostrom to be a part of their transformation along with some of the city’s biggest names in food. Now we have multiple locations of Sausage Boss throughout the “world’s most famous arena” serving up my Italian Link Pizzaiola with sweet peppers, onions and Sicilian oregano and Cheddar Cheese Bratwurst with weinkraut and German mustard sauce.
